Key Responsibilities: Conduct continuous Risk Assessments in the workplace Conduct Planned Task Observations in the workplace Identify potential hazards and critical safety issues in the workplace Address workplace hazards and risks Apply safety, health and environment practices and legal requirements when working on machines and equipment Conduct Toolbox, Safety Alerts and/or any other Safety information to teams Implement, maintain, improve and promote 5S in the workplace Comply with the requirements of the Manufacturing Quality Systems Achieve PPM targets Monitor FIRST - OFF / LAST - OFF Production parts in conjunction with the Quality Assurance dept Notify the Quality Department of any quality non-conformances which may lead to product rejections Take ownership and accountability of producing good quality products Promote quality accountability within departments amongst employees Conduct Root Cause Analysis for qual...
