Job Description
Oversee and ensure a smooth and efficient production operations – that the plant is achieving its targets and maintaining quality standards. Leads and supervises production personnel as well as all other workers assigned inside the plant during shift.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- At least 2 years of supervisory working experience in all facets of production with direct product responsibility
- Specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Adept in handling and supervising people
- Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Highly motivated with a positive working attitude
- Must be willing to work in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro
