Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• i. Delegates and assigns tasks and responsibilities on production employees on a daily basis.
• ii. Oversees weighing, compounding and filling processes in production operations.
• iii. Evaluates each production areas and processes to maintain optimum efficiency.
• iv. Ensures that production schedule are completed on time.
• v. Checks production output according to specifications.
• vi. Enforces all safety policies and ensuring all standard operating procedures are being implemented at all times.
• vii. Maintains communication between Manager and employees to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed.
• viii. Ensures that the flow of resources like raw materials, packaging materials and other production supplies are maintained as needed and are used properly and efficiently.
• ix. Helps identify issues in processes and efficiency and suggest necessary improvements. <...
