Production Supervisor

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure planned daily and shift production targets are consistently met, adhering to yields and specifications.
• Control requisition and utilisation of raw materials to prevent stock losses.
• Maintain waste levels within target limits to reduce unnecessary costs.
• Comply with and accurately record all specifications and procedures for each shift.
• Guarantee that all manufactured products meet established quality standards.
• Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained in full working order.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards on a daily and per-shift basis.
• Supervise staff to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and productively.
• Foster effective communication between management and team members.
