Job Description
**Position Summary:** The Production Assistant Supervisor provides hands‑on leadership to production teams, ensuring daily output meets safety, quality, and efficiency standards. This role assigns work, trains employees, supports continuous improvement, and performs assembly tasks involving mechanical and electrical components. The position requires the ability to read electrical schematics, work with industrial control panels, use a Digital Multimeter (DMM), and perform basic troubleshooting.

+ Communicate daily with employees and leadership to coordinate workflow and production goals.
+ Assign tasks, provide hands‑on instruction, and coach employees on safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
+ Train team members on equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and proper assembly procedures.
+ Monitor attendance, performance, and behavior; escalate issues requiring corrective action.
