3 - 5 years experience in a plastics manufacturing environment 3 years supervisory experience in a production, fast moving environment Highly self - motivated, energetic and ability to motivate others Ability to make tough decisions and manage complexity Good organisational skills Comfortable working late at times Strong communication and people skills Strong sense of urgency and high attention to detail Responsibilities Managing of Production Staff to ensure a motivated and high performing team. Dealing with production data, admin and ensuring accuracy. Persistent and deadline driven. Establish the budget for mould expenses and equipment including the control of consumable costs.
