Job Description
Production Supervisor
Responsible for overseeing production activities to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS) guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that production is carried out in accordance with the QMS guidelines.
- Comply with tasks and responsibilities within the IMS.
- Ensure that operational personnel comply with the procedures involved within the QMS.
- Ensure that personnel follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) where applicable.
- Maintain standard yields and cycle times.
- Complete equipment logs for pressure vessels (when applicable).
- Take corrective actions to control products within specifications and QMS guidelines.
- Maintain harmonious discipline while ensuring compliance with company policies.
