Job Responsibilities
- In charge of coordinating production lines and spare parts, to ensure their deliveries on time.
- Always verifying compliance with applicable safety, quality, environmental and time standards, to achieve the satisfaction of internal and external customers, as well as compliance with the production plan.
- Make the production schedule and shift organization
- Supervision of quality, performance and safety
- Provide technical training that team members need
- Follow up on pending issues from internal and external audits
- Ensure product quality
- Observe and take into consideration continuous improvement tools all the time
- Monitoring of process maps of areas of responsibility
- Keep the boards of the areas of responsibility updated, as well as the others assigned
