Production Supervisor

Job Description

Bilingual Production Supervisor, Chatsworth, CA
2nd shift 1:30pm - 10:00pm
Pay: Up to 70k salary

* Be able to work overtime when needed
* Work in a hot environment
* Must be bilingual Spanish to communicate with all workers
* Have at least 3 years of Supervisory experience, preferably in Aerospace

Responsibilities include:

Meet and exceed company production schedules, quality; safety, and efficiency goals while maintaining and fostering respect and dignity in the workplace
Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, assign duties, and establish or study and adjust work procedures and requirements to meet production schedules
