**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Maintain a strong safety culture and safe work environment. Demonstrate positive safety behaviors and attitude. Responsible for completing safety audits, daily safety start-ups, inspections, and generating ideas to improve safety.
+ Plan and direct daily work activities to lead team resources to meet daily goals.
+ Maintain employee qualifications, identify training gaps and additional qualifications needed.
