**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Lead and coordinate daily quarry production activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
+ Monitor equipment performance and guide the team in addressing operational needs.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and quality.
+ Promote adherence to safety policies and environmental compliance standards.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production and maintenance goals.
