Production supervisor

Do you have strong leadership in manufacturing?
We’re hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee line performance, safety, and continuous improvement in Penang.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and motivate line teams; manage attendance and performance
• Enforce HSE, 5S, and QRQC standards on the floor
• Monitor production prep, KPI tracking, and daily progress audits
• Conduct shift handovers and ensure closing procedures are followed
• Drive improvement actions and coordinate with support teams

Your profile

• Diploma in Manufacturing/Engineering
• 5+ years managing large production teams
• Skilled in OEE, SAP, and systematic problem-solving
• Flexible for shift work and detail-oriented
• Proficient in English and MS Office
