Production Supervisor Job Description

• Responsible for maintaining production flow for polycarbonate solid sheet extrusion line.
• Ensures that production plans are completed within the planned time frame.
• Check production output according to specifications.
• Ensure quality of the products produced is maintained in accordance with the Quality Plan.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Must have sound knowledge of sheet extrusion molding machine process.
• Prior experience with extrusion lines.
• Must have the ability to manage up to 20+ employees.

Education: Bachelors / Diploma in Production or relevant.
