Procurement Team Leader – Shared Services Center
This is a key leadership role within a growing Shared Services Center (SSC), focused on driving process optimization and operational excellence in procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the rollout and adoption of regional P2P initiatives across the Shared Services organization.
Optimize guided buying channels, ERP catalogs, and procurement tools to enhance user experience and compliance.
Streamline end-to-end P2P workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing automation.
Define and track KPIs and efficiency metrics for procurement operations.
Partner with cross‐functional stakeholders to enable standardized processes within a centralized Shared Services model.
Support supplier enablement and spend management strategies through digital channels.
Lead change management initiatives, including training and adoption, supporting the transition from decentralized to centralized operations.
