Responsibilities

• Supervises all phases of work during his shift. Judiciously manages the resources in his shift to be able to meet the production schedule.
• Manage and lead a team of production workers, providing training and support as needed.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock orders.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Preferably one year of which is in Supervisory position.
