Responsibilities
- Confirm materials, equipment, personnel, and the workshop before starting work each day, and conduct a '5S' check after finishing work.
- Requires at least 3 years of experience of production management in the manufacturing industry.
- Monitor the production progress, adjust the arrangement at any time.
- Daily management and assessment of production staff.
- Arranged daily work of field team leader and technical personnel, handled special affairs in the production process.
- Participation in the early stage of new product introduction; Timely guidance on field process technical issues.
