Production Supervisor

All About the Role

Based at our Barrett Engineering Steel, Willenhall site, we have an excellent career opportunity available for a Production Supervisor; the purpose of this role is to assist the Operations Manager and directors in leading & organising a production shift within the warehouse with key responsibility for overseeing the warehouse operatives, this includes driving processes, organising manpower, ensuring all health and safety standards are adhered to and your team are well trained, encouraged and engaged and all orders are processed on time.

Specific tasks include:

•Promote a safe environment and culture throughout the workforce, promoting a culture where safety always comes first, while ensuring all activities comply with Barrett Steel Health & Safety policies
