Key Responsibilities:

At least 3 years of relevant experience in application production support on Java and .NET applications in both Unix and Windows operating environments

Experience in incident management, problem management, release management, root cause analysis and deployment

Understand SDLC and experience working with business users, various IT teams and vendors

Knowledge of web languages ( HTML/CSS, JavaScript)

Familiarity with databases ( Oracle, Microsoft SQL) and application servers ( IIS, WebSphere Application Server)

Positive attitude and able to work under pressure

Excellent technical troubleshooting skills

Self-driven, creative and team-oriented person with good interpersonal skill

Sound understanding of the technical aspects of systems integration in an environment with diverse technology
