• Foundry Production Team Associate – Minster, Ohio C.A.


• Lawton Co. in Minster, OH is seeking Foundry Production Team Associates to join our operations.
• In this role, you’ll receive hands-on training while learning various processes within the foundry.
• No prior foundry experience is required-we’ll train you.
• You’ll be part of a team producing quality castings for industries such as mining, marine, HVAC, and oil & gas.
• This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact in a supportive team environment.

Pay & Schedule:
