Production Team Lead - C Shift

The Production Lead position is responsible for the overseeing and direction of their assigned team, while ensuring production requirements are met. Production Leads act as intermediaries between supervisors and employees, ensuring employees are following their assigned duties, and providing positive guidance in all processes. C Shift Hours: Friday & Saturday - 5:45AM - 3:45 PM, Sunday & Monday - 4:00PM - 2:00AM Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production assisting associates where required which incorporates a hands‐on approach combined with positive guidance in all processes. Be visible and assume leadership in continuous improvement ensuring new associate training considering job procedures, quality and health and safety. Responsible for new process set up and tear down.
