Production Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Production Team Lead to join our millwork team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom commercial millwork production, a deep understanding of shop drawings and blueprints, and proven leadership skills to oversee daily operations in the shop. This role requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to guide a team to produce high-quality work that meets project specifications and deadlines. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the millwork production team. Review, interpret, and verify shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications for accuracy prior to fabrication. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure production schedules are met.
