1. Conduct the daily pre-work meeting with the production operators.

2. Arrange the plating sequence for production based on the delivery confirmation.

3. Designate work assignments of the production operators.

5. Conduct one on one interview with the erring production operators.

6. Issue disciplinary action whenever if it is necessary.

7. Summarizes the daily production output.

8. Summarizes the monthly production control record.

9. Updates the weekly production plan and the daily production target and other graphs in the line.

10. Monitor the chemical addition in the plating line.

11. Make necessary action whenever there is a problem arise.

12. Make improvements to increase the efficiency of the line.
