Job Description

• Supervise and lead the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
• Oversee and support store crew in cashiering, food preparation, merchandising, and customer assistance
• Monitor store performance, sales and inventory; prepare reports as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operating procedures, and store standards
• Handle customer concerns and provide quick, effective resolutions
• Train, motivate, and coach store crew to achieve performance goals
• Coordinate with the management on store requirements, manpower, and operational concerns
