**Job Title: Production Technician**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on the disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, and testing of pumps and related mechanical assemblies in an industrial service environment. You will work a Monday through Friday schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and play a key part in ensuring equipment is serviced accurately, safely, and efficiently while following established procedures and documentation standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Disassemble, clean, and reassemble pumps and related mechanical components according to established procedures and instructions.
+ Receive pumps from customers or internal departments, generate parts orders, and perform detailed teardown and condition reports.
+ Document all observations during disassembly and prepare clear, accurate failure analysis reports.
+ Test and troubleshoot assemblies and final systems to verify proper operation and identify issues.
