**Job Overview:**
**Production Technician II**
The Production Technician II is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to maximize production and maintaining Keurig Dr Pepper’s high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be responsible for demonstrating and applying knowledge of manufacturing processes to the improvement of safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture.
**Shift and Schedule:**
+ Monday - Friday
+ Overtime during weekends based on needs and senority.
+ Available shifts 2nd and 3rd.

**Safety**
+ Actively participates in multiple peer to peer observations per the defined schedule to ensure the safety and health of all peers. Actively engaged in the Safety Observation/ Peer to Peer coaching/feedback discussion.
