• Set up and troubleshoot injection moulding processes and molds
• Perform machine and process maintenance during production runs
• Ensure process parameters comply with molding specifications
• Support production targets for output, quality, and efficiency
• Monitor material usage and scrap control
• Follow GMP, SOP, and cleanroom requirements
• Support process improvement and non-conformance prevention activities
• Participate in validation activities (IQ / OQ / PQ)
• Ensure proper communication during shift handovers

• NTC-2 / Diploma in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of injection moulding experience
