The **Team Leader** is responsible for achieving business objectives in **Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost** . This role supports Shift Leaders, Supervisors, and Managers in tactical decision-making, process improvement, and training initiatives. The Team Leader must demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement. A significant portion of the workday will be spent auditing, coaching, training, and facilitating problem-solving. All relevant information is communicated promptly to the Production Supervisor or Shift Leader.
