**Job Title: Production Associate – Automated Apparel Manufacturing**
**Job Description**
This role supports and owns key parts of a modern manufacturing team’s efforts in operating and maintaining novel automated apparel assembly equipment, while driving overall production performance in soft goods manufacturing. You will work hands-on with advanced automated production lines, ensuring they run smoothly, safely, and efficiently to meet output, quality, and yield targets.
**Responsibilities**
+ Own the daily operation of automated apparel production lines and ensure performance consistently meets output, quality, and yield targets.
