Production Welder - Temp to Perm Opportunity - Afternoon/Night Shift. This role is focused on steel gate fabrication, suited to someone who enjoys consistent, hands‑on work and takes pride in producing quality products as part of a team. The work can be repetitive at times, so we are looking for someone who is reliable, safety‑focused, comfortable following processes, and happy working in a production environment. Previous welding experience is a bonus, but a welding ticket is not required. We are open to candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and the right attitude, as full training will be provided onsite for the right person.
