JOB PURPOSE

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Upkeep production equipment, apparatus and tools needed for production activities.
• Prepare raw material needed for production activities.
• Weigh and mix aromatic oils and chemicals to a predetermined formulation, strictly following a pre-determined formulation and in accordance to company procedures.
• Highlight any problems encountered during the compounding process to the shift team leader or production manager.
• Ensure vessels are labelled correctly.
• Adhere to company manufacturing Health & Safety procedures, along with procedures specific to certain raw materials.
• Accurately complete all paperwork associated with a batch.
• Ensure all work areas are clean and tidy.
• Ensure all equipment to be used is clean and dry.
