Production Worker – Plant 3 Manufacturing Facility

We are hiring production workers for A shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) and B shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM). The role involves hands‑on tasks to keep the manufacturing facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor both manual and automated equipment to maintain smooth production while following All Weather instructions for safe and efficient operation.
• Follow production procedures to meet targets and maintain consistency.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
• Identify and report equipment or product issues to the right team members.
• Keep your workspace and equipment clean, organized, and ready to go.
• Collaborate with your team to keep productivity and efficiency on track.
• Help ensure production schedules are met both daily and weekly.
