Production/Post Production Coordinator – International Originals, Canada

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production/Post Production Coordinator to support our International Originals, Canada team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our productions — managing the flow of information, tracking deliverables, and ensuring each show runs smoothly from initial setup through production and final wrap.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile, distribute, and store production/post production documents (e.g., contracts, call sheets, calendars, reports and schedules) on the studio network
• Track and process approvals and production payments with BA, Legal, and Finance
• Maintain a checklist for each show to ensure major milestones are met (e.g., budget lock, budget approval, kick‑off calls, deliverables, international filming activity, etc.)
