The University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine is seeking a transitional care physician with particular interest in presurgical optimization and perioperative management to join our team at the Center for Perioperative Medicine (CPM). The Center for Perioperative Medicine is URMCs award-winning perioperative optimization clinic which provides care for over 70,000 surgical and procedural patients each year. This role would involve collaboration to develop novel care pathways for a variety of perioperative patients, including ambulatory orthopedic joint arthroplasty patients, under the support and direction of the Director of the CPM.
