Professor of Voice and Jazz Ensembles (30 - 50%)

Your tasks

• You will regularly teach voice as a major subject in our bachelor’s and master’s programs, as well as thematic ensemble lessons in Basel
• You will supervise students at all stages of their studies and give both individual and group lessons
• You will contribute your interdisciplinary skills and work with the lecturers at the institute on the further development of teaching

Your profile

• You are an internationally recognized and well-connected artistic personality with excellent didactic skills and experience in university teaching
• Within jazz, you are familiar with its traditions and trends as well as with the latest developments
• You have a style-forming profile within the subject area, you are able to inspire students for vocal craftsmanship as well as for artistic‑innovative work and guide them competently
