Program Analyst

Summary The Medicine Program Analyst works within the Medicine Service at the Oklahoma City VA. Principle responsibilities include fulfilling administrative duties. The MPA is delegated responsibility to plan, schedule and carry out the administrative oversight of contracts, equipment needs, Environment of Care rounds/inspections, education/training, quality improvement and Quality assurance reasonability's for efficient, high quality patient care. Responsibilities Major Duties Include: Effectively collaborate with physicians/medical staff, managers, administrators, staff and internal and external stakeholders to gather information/data; research, analyze, validate data and develop reports for management meetings. Works directly with Supervisory Program Management Specialist to onboard staff for the Service Line. Provide weekly data reporting systems to ensure appropriate management of assigned sections.
