Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a PROGRAM ANALYST (TITLE 5), Position Description Number T511500 and is part of the IL CFMO, National Guard. Responsibilities As a PROGRAM ANALYST (TITLE 5), GS-0343-9, you will plan, analyze and/ or evaluate the effectiveness of line or operating programs. Major Duties - This is NOT an all-inclusive list: Analyze evaluation results on both a quantitative and qualitative basis to provide concise and objective information to identify accountability strengths and weaknesses. Review reports and studies to ensure that user requirements are met and appropriate rules and regulations are utilized. Develop and administer a system of reviews, management controls, evaluations, and checklists designed to ensure conformance with law and regulations.
