Manage day-to-day tracking of program activity, including invoices, payments, and supporting data. Maintain and update Excel trackers to monitor budgets, spend, forecasts, and key program metrics. Help support month-end processes by pulling data, identifying discrepancies, and flagging issues. Prepare documentation packages to support client billing and internal tracking. Work closely with Finance and Program teams to ensure data is complete, accurate, and coded correctly. Track program volumes, timelines, and performance metrics.
