About the Role

Antyodaya Foundation is seeking motivated individuals passionate about social impact, rural development, public policy, governance, and community-based programmes.

This role offers hands-on exposure to programme implementation, field operations, stakeholder engagement, and impact monitoring through livelihood and skill development initiatives across Haryana.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of programme activities across assigned geographies
• Monitor and support field teams working directly with beneficiary families
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and integrity of field data and programme reporting
• Conduct field visits to assess programme implementation and identify operational challenges
