Program Coordinator (On-Site)

Job Description
In this role, you’ll manage the end‑to‑end SOW and contract workflow for incubation and sustainability programs while also serving as onsite program management support in Mesa, Arizona, acting as a critical liaison between vendors, site teams, governance partners, and remote stakeholders. The level of onsite presence will flex based on operational tempo and program needs, but this role is expected to regularly support on‑the‑ground execution.
Your day‑to‑day includes triaging and managing intake requests, gathering requirements, coordinating SOW drafts, tracking redlines, and ensuring completed documents pass cleanly through legal, procurement, and finance approvals. You’ll update and maintain program trackers, revise program documentation, and produce reports that provide visibility into schedule health, budget status, deliverables, and performance.
