We are currently seeking to fill two Program Coordinator positions for different programs: SHOUT and SMI


A. Program Coordinator-SHOUT

The Program Coordinator will assist the Project Director for the SHOUT (Street HIV Outreach to Engage Unsheltered Populations in Treatment) program with program implementation and the day-to-day operations of the program. The Program Coordinator will provide outreach services in streets, soup kitchens, shelters, and encampments. The Program Coordinator will work collaboratively with members of the Greater New Haven Healthcare for the Homeless department to ensure the program meets contractual requirements, including data management related to client enrollment, demographics, services provided, and program administration costs.
