Primary Purpose
The Program Coordinator provides support to the Assistant Director with the program operations and monitoring and ensuring compliance with the program grant requirements. This is a renewable eleven (11) month position funded by a grant.
Essential Functions
Supports the Assistant Director by coordinating daily operations, and monitoring program activities to ensure compliance with grant requirements with Stockton Unified School District. Provides oversight, direction and support to student and temporary casual employees involved in the program to ensure satisfactory attendance, performance and problem solving. Creates and monitors schedules. Assigns and reviews work. Substitutes as an after school program staff when necessary. Communicates with the Assistant Director as needed daily, weekly and monthly on program operations through both written and verbal means.
