Job Description
Lead transformative mental health programs as a Program Director II at Esperanza/Justicia. Focus on compliance, staff support, and community outreach to enhance service delivery and client impact.
In this role, you will oversee Full-Service Partnership programs using the Assertive Community Treatment model. Your leadership will ensure adherence to fiscal goals while providing essential services, including case management and vocational training. You will engage with staff and external stakeholders to improve program quality and deliver impactful services to adults with severe mental illness.
