Reporting to the President, the Program Director is responsible for the overall delivery and performance of the North Warning System (NWS) contract. This senior leadership role oversees operational execution, business planning, client relations and cross‑functional teams supporting critical northern operations.

Acting as the key liaison with the Government of Canada, the Program Director ensures contractual, operational and service delivery requirements are met while promoting a results‑orientated and collaborative operating environment.

The ideal candidate is a senior leader with strong business acumen, experience overseeing complex remote operations and the ability to drive operational excellence and cross‑functional alignment.
