Program engineer (Operations)

Requirements
0.6 to 2 years in IT Operations / Service Delivery.
Exposure to end-to-end SDLC.
Experience with SLA/OLA-driven environments.
Technical Skills (Desirable) Experience in one or more areas:
Programming: C#, Java, Java
DevOps / DevSecOps
Cloud: AWS, Azure
Virtualisation technologies
Database & storage systems
Middleware and system integration
Cybersecurity (hardening, vulnerability management)
Windows/Linux administration

Key Responsibilities
L1 Operations & Support Provide L1 support for PMO-PSB systems (remote and onsite, 24/7 standby roster).
Respond to user requests, operational alerts, and cybersecurity incidents.
Support system verification testing after patching and maintenance cycles.
Co-manage monitoring dashboards and alerting systems.
Support change management using service management platforms.
Maintain and update O&M playbooks.
