Join our multidisciplinary mental health team in Ipswich! While driving high-quality, person-centred care across Open Minds’ Medicare Mental Health Services, our centres offer assessment, triage, warm referrals, immediate and short-medium term support for people with varying levels of need, including those in crisis.

We’re looking for a Program Lead to build and maintain strategic partnerships across community organisations, service providers, and key stakeholders to strengthen mental health service integration. The role is a 12-month contract, focusing on leading community development, co-design initiatives, and collaborative projects to address local needs, reduce service gaps, and promote culturally safe, inclusive practices.
