GVI is seeking an experienced, highly organized Program Manager to lead and oversee a contract in support of the support to V Department and affiliated programs in other Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) departments. In this role, you will lead a team of personnel responsible for providing services in the areas of business and financial analysis, program analysis and documentation, technical documentation, cost estimating and analysis, schedule development, maintenance, analysis and acquisition support. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving successful contract execution and fostering a strong working relationship with government stakeholders, and ensuring all program activities align with contract requirements.
