Program Manager (Aftermarket) (Monterrey)

First Brands Group, LLC is hiring a New Product Introduction Program Manager to lead our go‑to‑market efforts for new products. The role is full‑time, located remotely or hybrid (HIBRYD).

Responsibilities

• Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects.
• Oversee cross‑functional collaboration to ensure project objectives and deadlines are communicated and met.
• Create, track, and report status of detailed project plans for high‑visibility projects.
• Ensure NPI stakeholders (customers, product management, sales, and Business Unit leadership) are kept up to date regarding project status.
• Maintain an awareness of business activities that can impact NPI activities and develop appropriate risk mitigations.
