Job Description
What the lead / PM do:
- Own project delivery across the full lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, and closure
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout delivery
- Coordinate resources, timelines, budgets, and risks across concurrent workstreams
- Produce and maintain project documentation
- Collaborate with internal and external and partner teams on complex, multi-party engagements
what the potential candidate brings:
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in ServiceNow delivery
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, etc.
- Strong stakeholder management skills at both operational and senior levels
