Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. BTL Strategy & Lead Generation

  • Identify, design, and pilot new BTL lead generation avenues (door-to-door, society activations, kiosks, partnerships, referrals, etc.)
  • Build scalable playbooks for high-performing BTL activities and roll them out across cities
  • Continuously experiment and optimize BTL channels for quality and cost efficiency

2. On-Ground Team Management

  • Lead and manage on-ground BTL Executives and BTL Managers across assigned cities
  • Drive daily productivity, discipline, and execution rigor on the ground
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, pitch quality, and customer engagement standards

3. Funnel Ownership (End-to-End)

  • Own the entire BTL funnel: Lead Generation → Sales Meeting → Order Conversion.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and fast movement across funnel stages...
