- Manage project staff and provide technical direction, focusing on manufacturing, quality, and safety.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Communicate project objectives, detailed plans and expectations to team members, stakeholders and contractors. Establish KPIs to monitor and track project progress and its report.
- Coordinate with departments and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of NPI’s and smooth transfer of products or processes to Juarez, either from a VEXOS twin plant or from a customer.
- Systematically following PMI handbook.
- Deliverables project information, documentation and training materials to internal manufacturing stakeholders and peers, entering into the QMS or appropriate system.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to review status, resolve issues, and update stakeholders.
